Mix ingredients all together, then separate into gift jars (or keep whole and use it yourself....).
To serve: mix approxiately 1/3 cup (yes!) into a mug of hot water.
Hey -it seems like a lot, but it's really according to taste, and I like my hot cocoa mix thick and gooey. You do what you need to.
