Place cranberries in a food processor and pulse until cranberries are coarsely chopped, about 5 pulses; you should have about 2 cups. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Add onion, jalapeno, lime juice, orange sections, ginger, sugar and celery. Mix gently to combine, do not break up orange sections too much.
Refrigerate for at least one hour and up to two days. Just before serving, add mint and toss to combine.
