Stamped sterling bracelet
OK, so earlier I told you the secret to creating stamped jewelry. Here is a great example of a nice bracelet made with a stamped and drilled finding. Jewelers use a specific tool to drill into metal, but there are both hand drills available and Dremels that will make the holes on either end of the rectangular shaped finding. Conversely, you could use an awl and a hammer to punch a hole in the metal.
The beads are attached with a headpin that is wrapped to the chain and cut to length. If the wire wrap was not as tight as this example is, I would have used a crimp bead cover which can hide a multitude of sins.
All in all, this is a simple, yet elegant look. With the right pieces, it would only take a few moments to put it all together. How many birthdays are coming up in your life? With the punch stamps, what you write on this bracelet would be limited literally only by your imagination.
