Simple charm earrings
Lovely little earrings and so simple. Start with a sterling silver pair of hoops (obviously you can exchange that for any metal you like. Even platinum hoops can be found for about $100/pair these days.)
Step two: have a huge amount of fun looking for charms that speak to you and you enjoy.
Step three: add the charms (with a jump ring if needed) to the earrings and presto, fantastic (and simple) earring gift for all your girlfriends. The joy of making earring sets in this manner allows you to customize the earrings to your friend’s interests, making it even more fun for them to wear!

Now, supplies. Outside out of the computer, we have been training as a bench jeweler and jeweler designer, so we do have access to super secret extra special jeweler supply houses. Because of that, we are working on stocking our Kattitudes store with some of the more frequently used jewelry findings. However, our first and best supply house is still eBay! Yes, as much as we hate to admit it, some of our best pieces come from eBay, so keep your eyes out for good bargains. As with any other shopping situation, you have to know what you are looking for and what is a decent price and what is a rip-off. But for the most part, as long as you are not paying forty dollars in shipping for a single pearl from China, you can find some gorgeous pieces, parts and findings there.
