Pearl drop sterling bracelet
This particular piece of jewelry differs from the others that I have shown you only in the way that the pearl is attached. On this particular bracelet, the pearl has been attached to a screw mounting using jeweler’s glue.
The only problem I have with this design is that on all my pearl bracelets, glued pearls come off. That is why I always stick with pearls that are fully drilled (as opposed to half drilled and glued to the screw). This could just as easily be produced with a full drilled pearl, attached by headpin. The piece immediately above the pearl is called a bead cap if you wish to look for them on ebay (or any other jewelry supply store).
I absolutely love the use of swivel clasps.
All in all, this bracelet is a well made, long lasting gift that would be appreciated by those of us that are rough on our jewelry. I am thinking that my little sister might just be looking at her Christmas present here.
