Needlework example: ribboned heart
I have been talking needlework art projects lately with people, and thought this was a wonderful example of a pretty easy way to adorn projects with a symbol of your love.
Granted this example was done with a machine, but it would be just as easily done with a needle by hand.
The trick is to make sure that your ribbon in this example gets tucked into the stitches so as not to get lost.
