Aren’t these adorable? I confess - this entry is little more than a shout out to my poor baby sister who is required by law to don a fire-protective suit to prepare and present something resembling a birthday cake for my birthday party at the end of this month.
Usually my husband wears the baker’s cap for birthday cakes, but we couldn’t help chatting about the planning (it’s a milestone year for me).
The big trend these days is to go smaller with individual cakes, and I thought that these would be perfect to use in place of the birthday cake.
There you have it, little sister.
