Embellished throw pillow
Lovely idea. Not as impressed with the execution on this particular example, but it still stands as a wonderful gift concept nonetheless. Simple throw pillow from the dollar store even (or handmade with a scrap of silk fabric - even better) - then I prefer a wee bit of silk embroidery embellishment.
Fortunately silk embroidery can be purchased in bulk even and attached with a simple needle/thread action. I have positively buckets of silk embroidery embellishments stashed in my craft armoire. I’m just looking for the right fabric to whip out a few throws for my own living room ensemble.
