Wire wrapped briolettes
I’ve received requests to show what wire wrapped briolette stones would look like, so I found this picture. It’s a great example of how to cover the top of a briolette stone. For this particular set, you’d need a head pin, and some precious metal wire (if you wish to keep it all in the sterling silver family). Some people use extra long headpins so as to just wrap the extra around after making a loop for hanging.
With a little practice, this particular wrap gets much easier and with a high quality briolette stone, you could have a gorgeous high-quality jewelry set gift.
