Prepare fabric roses for use by removing stems and leaves from roses, leaving only the bud under the rose.
Starting in the middle of the pillow, sew a rose to the pillow fabric. Working in circles, slowly fill the pillow with roses, taking care not to stitch the petals down-only the small bud under the rose. Crowd the roses as close together as possible to make the petals stand fuller.
Depending on your level of comfort with sewing, this project could be made by gluing the roses to the pillow with a glue gun. However, I would never chose this method because the roses would last about 17.2 second in my house. We would destroy it immediately. accidentally of course.
Once you have covered the surface of your pillow with roses, sew your cording or lace around the pillow's edge, next to the roses to create a finished border and hide any rose bud and stitching.
