Instructions to create rose tree: first, bundle a group of twigs together, then cut the bottom of the twigs to make them even.

Next, cut the tops of the outer twigs even also, but allow the core of twigs to extend approximately 1-1/2 inches. Bind the bundle of twigs together at the top and the bottom. Soak the floral foam ball in a preservative solution until it is saturated.

Carefully impale the foam ball on the core twigs. Cut the rose stems to approximately 1 inch long and insert into the floral ball. Work from side to side and from top to bottom to achieve a color and design balance.

The rose tree can be held up in any container. I use a flower pot mostly full of sand, then covered on top with decorative pebbles.
