Cover the wire completely with a thick layer of floral tape. Bend it into a circle and twist the ends together.
Add hot glue to the back of a rose and attach it to the wire. Glue 3 to 5 roses close together then glue a small bit of moss around them to hide the wire, glue and stems. Continue this way until the wire circle is entirely covered. All the roses should be facing generally in the same direction.
To make this gift complete, add a crystal bowl or a simple glass bowl (depending on your budget), and include a votive candle.
