Combine all ingredients except the flour in a large bowl and mix at low speed until well blended. Gradually add the flour mixing thoroughly. Roll rounded teaspoons of dough into balls and dip the top of each ball in sprinkles.

Place (sprinkled side up, of course) on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand on cookie sheets for two minutes. Remove and cool.
