Combine wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and cocoa.
Blend the bourbon and the corn syrup together. Add the crumb mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Refrigerate.
NOTE: since there is no baking involved in this recipe, it is important to use the best quality ingredients you are comfortable with. All the flavors will shine through, this isn't time to use stale cookies or old pecans.
