Combine wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and cocoa.
Blend the bourbon and the corn syrup together. Add the crumb mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Refrigerate.
