In a sauce pan, put chocolate chips and milk. While mixing over a medium heat, melt chocolate chips. (I don't bother with a double boiler...I just keep stirring. It's the lazy way, but it's fast). When chips are melted (no lumps left), take off heat and add vanilla and nuts.

Spread into a foil-lined 9x9 inch pan. Let cool. Turn out and peel off foil. Cut into 1 inch squares or alternatively, use holiday specific shaped cookie cutters to shape gift pieces.
